Refunds & Exchanges

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.

Everly will not accept returns of any earrings that have been worn. This is for hygienic reasons.

Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt to :

Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

 

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt to:

If you would like to exchange your item, please state which items you would like to exchange for, and why. An exchanged item will only be processed once the original item has been received.

If the value of the new Product(s) exceeds the originial value of the Product(s), you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new Product(s) be lower than the orginial value, the difference will be refunded to the original card used for the Order.  

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. 

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

 

Refunds will be made within ten working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to five working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
